I'm going to use this strain for the first time tomorrow.

Here is what the manufacturer says: http://www.omegayeast.com/?portfolio=west-coast-ale

Has anybody tried this yet, and can give a report?

In the description, it says, "May yield citrus notes with cooler 60-66°F fermentations", which has definitely been my experience with S05.

I've used this on a Citra and Zythos IPA I made. I fermented at 63° and I found it really intensified the citrus notes in the beer. I'm definitely a fan.

How's the yeast/brew coming along?

I was thinking about giving Omega 004 a shot.

I usually ferment 0-5 at 66, Maybe Omega @ 63..hmmm

Thanks
