Hi all,

Has anyone used this brand before? I am searching for a high quality apricot flavor extract (for a hefe).

Thanks!

I bought some for a watermelon wheat and is what the best extract I've ever used. My preference is purees, but I couldn't find a watermelon puree. You can get apricot puree from Oregon Purees.

Okie dokie, I think I will give them a try then, thank you so much!!

I'm going to test out a few different brands of extract and Olive Nation was not one I could find much info on (in the brew world) I do have some puree on the way as well, just in case the extracts don't work out :p

This is an old thread but how and when did you add the Olive Nation extracts? Secondary? At bottling time? Did it cause any re-fermentation? What was the dose? Thanks!

Start with 2oz at kegging and adjust from there. If you keg, you can always pop the top and add more.
