Long story short, we moved houses and downsized about 3.5 years ago. Until recently, I didn't have a place to brew and so have been on an extended hiatus. Prior to moving, I purchased about 5 lbs of various hop pellets. They have been kept in the freezer since we moved, most unopened. I'm wondering if they would still be good, or if the alpha acids would have broken down and depleted by now?

I'm sure they're still good, but they will definitely be lower on the AAs than they were at packaging. Check the sheets for the varietals to get a feel for how much. If nothing else, brew a lambic.
