Old Brett or Dregs

I am about to keg 10 gallons of a Grisette (4.5% abv) and I want to add Brett to the second 5 gal corny. The Brett that I have is WLP645 and it "expired" on 10.21.2014. I want to stress the Brett out and get a nice funk, but I don't want to ruin 5 gals. Should I use some Crooked Stave dregs or the Brett? Anyone have any suggestions?

If you want it sour also then use both. If you just want brett character then use the "expired" pack - but, really, brett never dies. Plan on sitting on it for a few-several months.
