It has been a week and 3 days since I brewed my beer. I did a 5 gallon full boil extract california common recipe. I still have a little bit of bubbling going on in the airlock (maybe one bubble every 15-20 seconds). I am going to be busy the rest of the week in the evenings and would like to put in the secondary tonight. Is it ok to do that even though I still have bubbling in the airlock?

I'd hold off until next week if you don't have the time. Since someone recommended to me, letting primary go longer than 2 weeks, I've noticed a better beer.

Is it a brew that requires a secondary? If not, then I would just leave it in the primary. It won't hurt anything.
