OK To Brew In This - Stained Kettle?

I'm prepping my equipment for my 2nd batch and this is what the bottom of my brew kettle looks like after a 35 minute soak in PBW. The bottom is definitely stained from the first session and the PBW seemed to lighten it a little bit. Note that the picture kind of makes it look like there's a filmy substance around the sides but there isn't - it wipes clean even if I take a fingernail to it.

Help!

Since you are boiling in it, you don't have to worry about any nasties surviving into the finished product.
