Ok for a secondary??

Hello On my first batch and just transferred it to the secondary today after a week in the primary. My og was at 1.069 and my fg was at 1.015 right where it shoulda been for this blonde ale. It's been about 4 hours now and I just went and checked it to make sure my temp was ok and noticed this white foam ring like stuff on top. Is this normal? Is this krausen( sorry if misspelled ) ?? Yeasties floating up?? Or is it worse and something I don't wanna hear?

It's like a ring all the way around and then a few in the middle. I attachéd a pic

Hard to tell, but seems ok. Often there are little bits of yeast floating on the top of the beer.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Most likely, you transferred over a little of the yeast cake, not to mention any yeast in suspension, and by moving your beer over, its probably awakened some of the yeast and your beer may drop a point or so (well .001) as they eat away a bit of the remaining sugar and clear up your beer further. I like to rack to secondary too, contrary to the belief of many here, as I feel it gives me a clearer, cleaner tasting beer, and I still get a decent amount of sediment after it sits in the secondary a bit, and a little residual fermentation since during the transfer you move stuff around. Don't worry, I've seen exactly what you have in my beers after a few hours of being racked over to a secondary. In my experience, what you have is normal.
 
Looks like you got a little bit of CO2 making rafts with some of the yeast/whatnot.

This can be from a restart of fermentation (which is not unusual after a racking), or simply due to dissolved CO2 coming out of solution from the agitation.

This looks perfectly normal to me.
 
I also concur. looks like gunky krausen around the edges that usually winds up on the sides just above the surface in primary. Since you racked it over,you now have it in secondary instead.:mug:
