haven't done a mead yet so I ordered up a little honey from my local Honey guy "J"
2 gal white clover 1 gal wildflower raw un-pasteurized good stuff.
I was wanting to do at least 3 different Mead styles 3 gal batches

what do you all suggest????

A batch of JAO for one of the clover's, a traditional with the dark looking "wild flower", and maybe if you have somewhere locally that does juice or similar then maybe a cyser or a pyment....

There's enough honey for that and more......

p.s. Oh and I hope the "pickle" jars were thoroughly cleaned/sanitised - I don't usually use jars that have had anything vinegary in, as I don't like the possibility of transferring the acetobacter across......
