So, I opened my secondary tonight to bottle and I found this...

Should I even bother with bottling?

Edit: It almost seems like it could be yeast...is that even a possibility?

There isn't a film, but the particles feel like fat...you know like those fat blotches you get in beef sticks?

Looks like late flocculating yeast colonies. I think you're fine. Sample it and see how it tastes. I sometimes get a few specs of dry yeast that never grow when I've used safale.

Yes it's a contamination, one of the worst kinds...seal the fermenter up tight and ship it prepaid via UPS to me, I will dispose of it for you. What recipe were you using and please include 4 doz bottles and caps as the garbage man may not accept a whole 5 gallon on the curb ;);)
