Been brewing for about 1 1/2 months and my "intermeadiate" kit just isn't cutting it anymore.

Off to buy another 5 gallon carboy (mainly for apfelwein) but then I can have 2 brews in the secondary.

Is it an obsession or an addiction? Dang the beer......

Hah, you're just getting started. Give it another month and you will *need* a conical fermenter.
