So I brewed a recipe for hoegaarden that I came up with, and I think that I fiddled with the recipe on the third batch too much.
It was a little acidic, plain, and not that good.
I was wondering if anyone ever added white or wheat flavorings to the keg after carbonation, to bring a beer back to life?
I tested my theory with a little bit of coriander and bitter orange peel in the pint glass to see if it would help, and it seems to balance the beer tremendously, and is quite refreshing.
I think that I will add a dose of these to the keg to see if it helps.
