FYI, Munich is beautiful anytime between October and Christmas. They don't run out of beer.

Also, if you are working on your bucket list, don't forget that the World's Oldest Brewery has its 1000th birthday in about 30 years. I just booked my room.

Yep, been to at least a dozen of them...first O'fest was 1975...last one was 2003...

I went in 2001 just a few weeks after 9/11. They said that it was one of the smallest crowds in years, but I couldnt tell. I had alot of people buy me beer just because I am American. One of the best times I have ever had!!!
