Hey all I was wondering if making a 10% ABV version of this stout would be a good idea Oatmeal Stout Recipe - Robs Oatmeal Stout | Brewgr
I was thinking of making a small batch to see how I liked it. Question is can I make a 2.5 gallon batch and just follow the 5 gallon recipe above for hops and fermentables? It would certainly up the OG but would it be too bitter? Let me know what you think and by the way the original version of this recipe is fantastic.
