Had the idea for an oatmeal molasses stout. I tried to keep pretty close to Daniels' guidelines for a sweet stout. I'll probably be brewing it this weekend. Any advice or comments? I'll be steeping the grains, not mashing.

6 lbs Briess Pilsen Light DME (2.0 SRM) (w/late addition) 60.76%
1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 10.13 %
1 lbs quick oats (1.0 SRM) Grain 10.13 %
8.0 oz Barley, Flaked (1.7 SRM) Grain 5.06 %
8.0 oz Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM) Grain 5.06 %
8.0 oz Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) Grain 5.06 %
1.00 oz Challenger [7.50 %] (60 min) Hops 22.4 IBU
6.0 oz Molasses (80.0 SRM) Sugar 3.80 %
1 Pkgs Irish Ale (Wyeast Labs #1084) Yeast-Ale
