I love my oat brown ale, and my oat Amber ale both using fawcett oat malt 10-15%. I just picked up Simpsons golden naked oats - any thoughts on this vs the fawcett malt?
I've never used any other malted oat than the Golden Naked Oats, but I really like the contribution for what it's worth. It's particularly good in brown ales and sweet stouts, but the possibilities are far and wide. I think you'll like that malt.
