Oat Malt Stout

Hello,
I got this recipe from a book.
Could anyone shine light on it and tell me whether they think its OK or needs adjusting at all. It looks to me like a lot of crystal malt, is there too much.

Malt Bill

2.7kg Pale Malt
1kg Oat Malt
1kg Dark Crystal
800g Chocolate Malt
500g Dark DME

I think you are on the right track, looks like a lot of crystal and stuff. Probably makes beer though.
