There was a "Man Law" passed that said "NO fruit in beer" because then where would it end? There are some "men" out there that would be putting little umbrellas and stuff like that in their beer.
I don't think that actualy pertained to brewing beer with fruit in it though. Speaking of which, has anyone ever tried Walking Man Brewery's Black Cherry Stout? I think it's like 8 or 9% ABV. Best brew with fruit in it I have ever drank.
