I am planning on doing a Arrogant Bastard Clone tomorrow. I have chosen Notty as my yeast. I had planned on rehydrating then pitching as I used to do with dry yeast. Depening on how welll my mash goes the OG should be in the 70s. Will a starter be required for this or am i good with hydrating and pitching?

Thanks,
I guess that is what a starter is more yeast, without having to buy another expensive vial. I had planned on pitching 2, would 3 be better for a 10 gallon batch?

just hydrate one package of nottingham per five gallons, use a little yeast nutrient in the boil and you will be set.
