But I'm thinking it's going to be good.

10 Lbs Gambrious 2 row
1 Lb Munich 80
1 Lb Vienna 20
1 Lb Cara pils

2 Oz Columbus leaf

Wyeast 1028...

The only thing I know for sure....

It's going to be beer!

I'm going to brew 10 gallons of a Tripel or Golden Strong- probably it'll be a Tripel since I'll be using wlp530.

22# Belgian Pilsner
2# Light Munich
4# cane sugar

2oz Cascade

I might tweak it some.

I could cut back some of the pils and sugar and toss in some Special B and make a Dubbel.

I may do my Bucking Brown if AHB gets me my stuff in time ( I may have ordered a day late) or I am going to do our CBC Honey IIPA using Simcoe and Amarillo? Just not sure. The only thing I know for sure is I am brewing Saturday!!!!!:D:D:D:D

And I am brewing my **** Storm Stout this sunday. (everytime I have done this recipe something has gone wrong and it still has come out good as hell!!!)

This time I ordered the AG Red ale kit from NorthernBrewer. But they send grain for Dry Irish Stout and Hops for Irish Red. So with a little change or hop addition times(same amount total) I will now be making an Irish Stout.

I'm thinking possibly a wheat wine...

6.5 lbs. pils
7.5 lbs. wheat
1 lb. munich
1 lb. vienna
1.5 lbs. turbinado sugar

2 oz. nugget @ 90
1 oz. palisade @ 10
2 oz. crystal @ 0
.5 amarillo dry-hopped
2 oz. oak chips dry-hopped
