I'm brewing a Lakefront IPA clone and ended up getting a slightly different grainbill due to my LHBS' stock, and my fuzzy memory.

Here was the original grainbill:

12.75 lbs. 2-row
12 oz. Crystal 20
8 oz. Crystal 40

Here's what I ended up with

12.75 lbs. 2-row
14 oz. Crystal 10
5 oz. Crystal 40

How do you think my changes affect the profile? Will it be subtle enough to go ahead or should I wait till the store opens today and get another 3oz. of Crystal 40? The shop told me their Crystal 10 was actually closer to 15L, if that makes much or a difference. I also thought of mashing at 154-155 to bring out some of the sweetness. Thanks!
