Northern Brewer's White House Beer Kits

I've venture to guess that a substantial number of you out there have seen this, but Northern Brewer released 1- and 5-gallon kits of White House Honey Ale and Honey Porter.

I bought the 1-gallon Honey Ale batch and a pint glass to give it a spin when I get it (should be here Friday, tentative brew day on Saturday). From what I saw on the White House's website about how they made their homebrew, everyone there loved it, and they usually have a couple of carboys in a food pantry in the basement of the building brewing at any given time.

There was a sticky thread on it, but I guess it got locked.

I brewed both kits from Northern Brewer. I actually think the honey ale was pretty good and it's definitely not my favorite style of beer. Somehow I messed up the porter and it tastes nothing like a porter, so I'm struggling to finish those.
