Northdown or Phoenix Hops

I am making a Peanut Butter Chocolate Oatmeal Stout. I was wondering if either Northdown or Phoenix hops would work well with this style? I don't want an aggressive hop but one that just gives enough hoppyness to know you ate drinking a beer.

Both give a pretty smooth bitterness. I use Phoenix a lot in English porters and bitters, and like it. Northdown have a slightly better flavor, so I usually save them for later additions. Still, I think either would work just fine.
