Im way down inside 485 Charlotte, I do BIAB and will be trying to crank out a batch sometime this next week... though I do need to move that fermentation chamber to the new house before I can brew.

You're more than welcome to try to schedule to come down while I'm brewing sometime..... I'm doing a 3 vessel electric HERMS system and fly sparging, so while the science is the same I don't know how much process would carry over.
