I have not brewed a batch yet…that’s how new I am to this. I am researching a lot right now while I gather my gear. I like the DIY aspect of just about any endeavor I undertake.

Question #2: Fermenter
I was reading up on using a 15 gal Sanke and perhaps a 10 gal corny (got a line on one cheap)

In either case, how do you get the beer out and in the keg without getting the trub too?

If I can get that 10gal corny I figure I can pressure transfer but again, how do I get the beer without the trub.

As will become a theme…ad lib what you think I may have missed please.
 
Search the forums there are lots of pics and videos on here. That seems a bit ambitious for your first brew though lol. Not that you shouldn't do it, but I might suggest slowing down a bit and maybe just starting with an extract and a large pot? I tried to take on too much too soon and I was discouraged for awhile.
