Howdy,

In the process of brewing my first beer. Already used the search function to avoid asking the "no bubbles" question. Looking forward to learning here.

Welcome to the addiction! What part of Washington are you from? I am in Finleyville.

Another Burgh'er here. Southeast of the city, near Mckeesport. Welcome to the addiction!

Good to see all of you Yinzers. Where's the recipe for IC light on here?:cross:

You can make a Rolling Rock clone by turning your propane burner down to ensure that you don't have a rolling boil. You want to keep it at or below a nice simmer to lock all that DMS canned corn flavor in.

GTFO nothing mmm about IC. Can't clone it without their proprietary dirty change hops.

I was kidding about cloning IC. It would be cheaper just to buy it (if I wanted it). If I was going to clone a beer I might start with Magic Hat #9.

Yeah I know if you werent kidding this might be a bad place for you. If we are going to clone a Pittsburgh beer lets figure out Head Hunter IPA. Kind of a Cleveland beer really but whatever it's tasty.
