Noble Hops Overload!

Hi all,

Due to an order mixup on the interwebs, I've been sent 8 oz of Saaz and 4 oz of Mt. Hood hops that I didn't plan/pay for. I've been told I can keep them, in addition to my original order. Does anyone have any good ideas for what to do with these, given that I don't have the ability to make lagers?

I'm kind of toying with the idea of going for a noble hops IIPA. Is that a crazy idea? If not, anyone got suggestions on how to do it?

Try the Saaz in cream ales, blond ales, belgian beers, or an alt. I've never used Mt. Hood, so can't really offer any advice.

One of my IPA recipes had Mt. Hood as a aroma hop in the last 5mins.
