Friend of mine was giving up brewing so he tossed me 10 lbs of hops. I have
Centennial 4lbs
Nugget 3 lbs
GR Northern Brewer 3.lbs

Never used any of these before but I hear Centennial makes a nice beer. Nugget from what I read makes a very bitter drink?
Centennial is 8.7 AA so I am wondering, Lemondrop being around 5-7 which I liked, would I just go a bit less on the hops with Centennial and get the desired bitterness with a different flavor profile? I am assuming that will work with any of these but I have no idea what the flavor profile of any of these will be.

I use Nugget for my bittering hop. Since you are the brewer you can choose how much you use to make the beer as bitter as you like. You don't have to use any set amount.

I'd be tempted to use the other 2 hops as flavor hops late in the boil or as dry hops. I personally didn't care for Centennial but that is just my preference.
