Hiya.
Im new to making cider and have hit a slight problem.

I started brew 26th August at reading 1.060 done a reading tonight and at 1.000 so have racked it into another demijohn using a syphon tube. As you can see I have a lot of air should I be worried about oxidation at this stage?

I have campden tablets if needed.

Thanks for helping

Yes, you need a much smaller carboy, or jugs, etc- whatever you can find that allows no headspace. You want to be at the narrowest part of the opening, about 2 inches below the very top of the carboy.
