After brewing a Cooper's kit I decided to grab a kit/can of Edme Devilishly Red Amber from the LHBS. The instructions say it makes 13 liters OR 23 liters (in more than one place). With only ONE can what should my volume of wort really be? I have a few options on a fermentable ranging from cane sugar to DME.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

..what should I do with this can of extract? In house I have some amber DME, cane sugar, and some maltodextrin..... any recipe/quantity advice?!?!

If I were you, I think I'd make the kit up with 2.5-3 lbs of amber dme to get a decent OG with 23L. I assume your tin is the 4 lb. one?

Yep, the 4lb can. I just put a stout in the primary yesterday so I will likely load up another one using the Edme and the amber. Thanks!
