This is my first round at kegging rather than bottling. I built a kegorator and decided to force carb yesterday. Today I purged the high level o pressure out of the keg and set it down to about 10 psi. The beer is obviously cloudy so I'm gonna let it sit a little to settle. My question is, should I keep the keg on gas while it settles or take it off?

Just know that force carbing has a high chance of you over carbing your beer. I prefer the set and forget method where you just put it at a psi setting based on a carbonation chart and leave it alone for 3-7 days. Just be sure to check it soon because if it is over carbonated you will need to release the extra pressure by letting it warm up and occasionally using the Pressure relief valve.
