OK, this is not a stainless vs. alum. question. But, If you buy a Bayou Classic Turkey fryer is the pot that comes with it suitable for boiling wort or not. I suspect not. Anyone?

Brewed a batch in my Bayou Classic 44 qt. stainless steel pot today on the stainless burner. Best part of the story is that is was 20 bucks at Costco...floor model was missing some of the accessories. Gotta love it, I'm actually fermenting some of Ed's Haus Ale in the pot right now. Give it ten days to two weeks and I'll crashcool it to a keg. Anyways, a good pot, but I'm sure a little thin compared to some of the high end composite bottom $tuff.
Merry X-mas!
Mike
