Just asking for thoughts if any.

I am basing this off of Scottland's Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA Clone just subbing out New Zealand hop varieties for the standard.

Batch Size: 5.5 Gallons
16 lbs 2-row
1 lbs Amber (Fawcett)
Efficiency 80%
Est. OG 1.090
Est IBU 116 (Ranger)
Est SRM 7.0
Mash Temp: 151
Yeast: Safale s-04

3 oz Pacifica (.3 oz every 10 minutes)
1 oz Pacific Gem (.1 oz every 10 minutes)
1 oz Rakua (.1 oz every 10 minutes)

1 oz of each Dry hop 14 days
1 oz of each Dry hop 7 days

Looks good to me, what's batch size? What yeast? What's mash temp?

Good call on the Rakau hops. I've used them heaps and they are just awesome!

That was actually a pretty blind choice, I am excited to use them because there is almost no information about these hops on the internet about them. What has been your experience with the hops? Flavor and aroma profiles?

BUMP!

How did this turn out? I was at a club meeting last week and someone brought a keg of NZ IPA and it was fantastic.
