New Years Brews

I know its pretty far out but people already are plannin their Christmas Beer, but has anyone thought of a New Years Brew? I want to have a brew ready for when I bring in the new year. Does anyone have any ideas of some sort? Thanks. Also share your ideas of what you will be producing.

Looking to get everyone some wookie....I'm thinking of Apfelwein with some adjuncts from the LOVE DOCTOR!

Also I'll likely be brewing some sort of milk stout, an Amber, and A Cream of 3 crops.
