Hello,
I live in the San Francisco East Bay. I've brewed ~ 10 batches in the last 15 years. I've got some random equipment that I'm found over the years. Up till now I've only done partial mash. I got a glimpse of the Pico Brew and that got me interested again. I'd like to simplify and improve the quality. I've also looked at the GrainFather. My interest in that is the dual purpose of all grain and the still. I have a barrel of zin that's not very good. I'm wondering if it can be distilled into Brandy.
Cheers
Martin
