Welcome from Missouri.
Tell us a little about your brewhouse set-up. I'm running with an induction burner, 10 gal SS kettle with spigot, BIAB, Spiedel fermenters, and I bottle (bench capper). Ferm chamber was repurposed for food, will replace the freezer in January.
