Hi All,

My name is Rafal. I have been trying to brew beer kits at "u-brew-it" place and lately tried to brew a kit at home. What I'm really trying to get to is beeing able to brew beer from basic ingredients by maing my own wart, etc...

I'd like to start with a simple but great tasting recepie for a stout, porter, IPA, or pilsner and later learn enough to develop my own (either by tweaking it or by starting form ground up).

Would you be able to point me to a relatively fool proof all-grain recepie for above mentioned beer types that has good tweakability potential?

Thanks very much,

p.s.
I'm getting thirsty just writing this :)

Cheers,

Rafal
