Hi all, as the title states, I am jumping into kegging. So far I have bought the following:

-2 new slim line torpedo kegs
-2 o ring kits
-20 lb CO2 tank
-1 regulator
-4 way gas manifold
-2 picnic taps
-2 gas assemblies
- deciding between a 7.2cf or 8.8cf chest freezer
-keg lube

Down the road I would like to have four operating faucets through a collar, but what I have now is a start I think. Am I missing something?. Any tips or tricks?. When my kegs arrive I plan on lubing the gaskets and washing with pbw then sanitizing.

What do you pros think? Thanks.

I keep my probe in a cup of water on the compressor hump. The cup I use is like an adult sippie cup with lid from a wine festival. The lid hole is the perfect size for the probe.
