Hello everyone, just "brewed" my first batch, 40 pints of cloudy elixia, I used a syrupy (don't know the proper term) substance and it was really easy. I have really basic equipment, keg, bucket, syphon tube, spoon and hydrometer.

I am really enthusiastic and have loads of questions... I'll post them elsewhere though.

To summerise.... HI !

Well as I am in Wales, Brains SA (Skull Attack) is pretty tasty but not a going out beer... you need to prepare your body, and inform work that you will either :

A, not be in
B, will be in, useless, fart alot, and complain that you will never drink again.

Having said that, I'm a lager drinker normally, preferring Cobra, Tiger or San Miguel.
