New South Jersey Brewer

About a dozen years ago I brewed some. I made several batches, things went well. I even made a nice cider then too. I lived in an apartment at the time and when my wife moved in, well, things got really tight and out went the equipment.

We now have our house and children and things are settling down some. It seems like it is a good time to return to brewing.

I have read Palmer's online How to Brew and am looking to pick up his equipment list tomorrow evening to make the suggested beginning recipe.

HBF looks like a wonderful resource. I have already picked up some valuable information.
