Got this from Beer Tools free Generator. Any thoughts and/or additions? I could use a different adjunct, but corn sugar is what I have. I don't even need to necessarily use any adjuncts. Looking for a Dos Equis style brew.

Vienna Lager

Batch Size 5 gal.
Volume Boiled 2 gal.
Mash Efficiency 72 %
Total Grain/Extract 5.99 lbs.
Total Hops 1.6 oz.

0.30 lbs. Crystal Malt 20°L
5.10 lbs. Dry Amber Extract
0.60 lbs. Corn Sugar
1.1 oz. Vanguard (Pellets, 5.75 %AA) boiled 60 min.
0.50 oz. Cascade (Pellets, 5.50 %AA) boiled 15 min.
Yeast : White Labs WLP920 Old Bavarian Lager

Original Gravity 1.050
Terminal Gravity 1.012
Color 11.17 °SRM
Bitterness 24.0 IBU
Alcohol (%volume) 5.0 %
 
Only thing I would change is to NOT use 'Amber' extract. I mean, who knows whats REALLY in it?

Stick with pale or extra pale extract as your fermentable base and build from there using specialty grains.

I've got to get a Dos Equis clone going one of these days.....
