Dahlonega Georgia,
I received my MM3, the set screws for the bottom roller was loosened. I read the on line manual about setting the gap, how do I calibrate and with what? I thought about using spark plug gap tools.

Did you get the new adjustment knobs? If not - what i did was take it apart and marked on the knob the spot where the gap was the smallest. Also marked the frame, then i just turn the knobs the same amount and i'm good to go. You can also start with gap feelers, i've done that too. But once i started conditioning grain i just kept going smaller and smaller....

There was one knob on each side. I adjusted it to the half open position. Anything closer it keep jamming. I'm adding rice hulls just to make sure my sparge does not get stuck.
