Hi all, my name is Matt, I have worked on the delivery and sales sides of local craft breweries for years. This year I started dabbling in homebrewing myself and have fallen in love with this new passion. I just found this website today and have been soaking in the knowledge. I hope I can be accepted within the rank of other homebrewers as I am doing this all by myself for now and would love to ask the occasional question here and there. Thanks for making this forum. I just put an American Amber in the tank yesterday and she's a rippin'. Next is either a winter ale or some sort of chocolate stout. Not sure yet.

Welcome. Finding this site has been a monumental asset for me. I don’t know anyone else local who brews, and there’s a wealth of information posted here. I have to say that my whole understanding of the process and changes to my procedures has greatly improved my beer since I’ve been here. Hang around, you won’t regret it!
