I am a new member of the group but not to reading posts or to homebrewing. This place has been an excellent resource for me for a long time and I don't know why I never joined... Anyway, I've been homebrewing since about 2003, my father-in-law got me into it so my wife can't totally blame me! I brew on an older Grainfather 120V and have made great beers with it. I'm always looking for ways to improve my efficiency and would love to have a more robust electric brewery setup. I was lucky in that in 2015 I was able to build a shop and include a living quarters/man cave/brew space. We have been living elsewhere until recently so I'm back to setting up my space and getting back to brewing more.
