Hello All! Well, I am nearing retirement and interested in learning how to do small batch ginger ale and root beer. Unfortunately, all I currently know comes from reading your forum yesterday at the airport so I have a long way to go. I am married with 3 grown kids and 1 grandson. I am originally from Ohio but live in Houston now.
