I first brewed about 25 years ago. I'm about to finish my first keezer build. I have a question about the wire currently going into the lid (I guess for a light) ... making it impossible to raise it up for a collar. Where's a good place to post a question about that?

My keezer's wire exited the box through a plastic plate. It came out near the bottom of the plate. As it turned out, flipping the plate put the wire's exit point higher up and allowed the wire to reach the lid.

If this won't work for you, buy wire, a stripper/crimper, some crimp connectors, and heat shrink tubing.
