The store is being opened by one of the members of my brew club, The Impaling Alers. Proprietor's name is Spike Fogarty. The space is leased (I've been in it - it's at the original site of Airways Brewing), and Spike is in the process of acquiring inventory. Plan is to have supplies for all things fermentation related and adjacent (e.g. green coffee beans.)

The Impaling Alers will also be moving our meeting location to Allgrain Brew Supply as of our May meeting (5/19/23 @ 7:00 pm.)

It’s great to hear that there’s an LHBS opening. A couple have closed in the Southern New Jersey area.
Yeah. Sucks that Eastern Homebrew in Northfield closed. And one near Deptford that I meant to visit at some point. That just leaves Fermented Foods in Hammonton.

Will definitely check it out next time I am in the area, not super close but I do make it out that way pretty often
