Greetings all!
A couple years ago my brother got back from a tour in Iraq and we decided we were going to make our own beer. He ordered some ingredients off the internet and a few weeks later we had a batch bubbling in an old frosting bucket we scored from our local Wal Mart. Although our first batch had lots of floaties, it was very tasty. We were both hooked immediately.
Since then we have both made some modifications to our brewing styles and equipment. We have also graduated from the tedious and time consuming bottling and moved on to the much easier kegging process.
