Well since i dont have 25 posts i cant post images..so if its allright i can put a link to my chiller ..it is made from a 60 foot roll of copper and if you think its to much its not it worls like a dream...

its one continous roll i did the outside forst 9.5"ID and the inside is 6"ID i rolled the outside first then on the side of that i did the inside and then bent it under and in then pulled the top coil on each to make the bends for the hoses/.Jeff
 
Well thats the nice thing..I used to be a home builder and remodler...and a week ago looking aroung in my shop i find this flat carboard square and in it was this new roll of copper...the brand was Mueller and i think thats the only place you can get 60 foot rolls as most are 50. but not bad priced at $39.99 and free shipping at buy.com i think i seen it..Jeff
 
Looks nice.

Only thing is... I'd get some hose clamps or compression fittings on your input & output... I have seen em slip off and fill the boil kettle with water.

Yes i did put those on...right before i used as this is first use on it yesterday..Jeff
