Hello all, I am a disabled gentleman looking to start trying mead making. I was actually in the beginning stages of opening a distillery until an accident in 2018 left me without many skills. It is no longer safe for me to do several of my hobbies, and am looking forward to brewing to fix this “lack of a hobby” issue.
