Hey y'all! I just started brewing in June (aside from a mr beer kit a couple years ago) and it's become my new obsession. My google searches keep turning up more info here than on reddit, so I figured I'd join! I have one extract beer under my belt, a whole bunch of cider (got really into it and have been running simultaneous bucket batches with kveik for fast turnaround). Thanks to y'all I have also gotten very comfortable bottle pasteurizing.
I'm looking forward to continuing my cider experiments, brew some extract or partial grain beers that aren't something I can buy in store, and maybe play around with some hop alternatives in either of those. Hopefully I can get some advice along the way and contribute some data and experiences back to the community!
